The approach we take to assessing our patients when it comes to concussion protocol is second to none. We adhere to a 5 step system to ensure the quality of care is beneficial to the patients.
From the first over-the-phone assessment to the final treatment.

Initial Phone Call
A professionally trained iCare expert will go through a 1-on-1 assessment, to ensure the iCare program is right for you.

Diagnosis
The identification of the nature of an illness or other problem by examination of symptoms. (If undiagnosed prior to phone call, please see your MD)

In Person, Triage
The assignment of degrees of urgency to symptoms or illnesses to decide the order of treatment for the patient.

Receive Specialized Treatment
Specialized medical care is designed for each patient's needs by iCare's medical team to help with symptoms and get patients back to their maximum potential.

Assessment from Specialist
An evaluation of a patient's condition by an iCare licensed health care provider, based on clinical and laboratory data, injury history, and patient's account of symptoms.
